Drum Washing Machine

Introduction

The drum washing machine is a multi-functional roller cleaning machine designed for the cleaning and processing of seafood, packaging bags, fruits, vegetables and Chinese medicinal herbs. The machine is mainly composed of a motor, speed changer, roller group and spiral blades. Materials are pushed forward by the spiral blades in the cleaning tank, rubbed with brushes, and sprayed by high-pressure nozzles on the upper part of the machine to achieve a continuous cleaning effect.

Features & Parameters

• SUS 304 stainless steel construction. Built entirely of SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, which resists corrosion and meets food-production hygiene requirements.
• Dual-action cleaning. Built-in brushes scrub the material surface while 360° high-pressure spray nozzles flush away hidden residues, achieving continuous, dead-angle-free cleaning.
• Spiral-blade conveying. Spiral blades push material forward through the cleaning tank for fully automatic, continuous operation with no manual handling between feed and discharge.
• Easy waste removal. The waste collection area under the machine has sufficient space for workers to remove waste. A newly added filter screen completely separates waste residue and waste water: residue can be easily scraped off above the screen, while waste water is automatically drained below it.
• Customizable. Product specification, equipment power and dimensions can be customized upon request to fit your actual production line.
