Introduction
The High Pressure Spray Washing Machine is widely applied in fruit and vegetable cleaning, drying, meat cutting, quick-freezing, bakery cooling, beverage filling, and continuous industrial production lines. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing the conveying speed to be adjusted freely to match fast or slow production lines and adapt to heavy or light stain cleaning requirements. The flexible mesh belt conveying design effectively reduces collision and scratches to trays and containers. With a cleaning rate exceeding 99%, it eliminates missed washing and inconsistent manual results.
The machine achieves 360° all-around, dead-angle-free cleaning. High-pressure nozzles are strategically positioned on the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the washing chamber. It thoroughly cleans deep gaps, blind holes, and threads of plastic trays, turnover boxes, and crates without uneven washing pressure or missed sections.
Equipped with an advanced water recycling system, the water reuse rate exceeds 80%, reducing water consumption to just 1/3 to 1/5 of traditional manual or open cleaning methods. In addition, it recovers thermal energy from hot water or steam, cutting power consumption by more than 30% for sustainable, eco-friendly, and cost-effective operation.
