Shipping Policy
 
1. Shipping Term
All quotations are based on FOB ports of China. Buyers shall bear all sea freight, local import duties, customs clearance fees, inland transport charges and all destination country expenses. We do not cover any import tax or customs cost of the destination.

2. Lead Time
Standard production lead time is 7–15 working days after receiving your deposit. For customized machines or bulk orders, we will confirm the exact delivery schedule with you separately.

3. Shipping Preparation
We will provide commercial invoice, packing list and machine parameter documents for customs clearance. Please supply your accurate company tax ID, delivery address and local voltage & frequency before shipment.

4. Damages & Loss during Transit
Once goods leave our factory, all risks of damage, loss or delay belong to the buyer. We suggest buyers purchase cargo insurance for shipment. If you choose DDP delivery, we will inform you of all extra logistics costs in advance.
